This book came out last year just as the locavore movement was gaining ground.
At MIT's Sloan School today, contributor to Financial Times, gave a great talk about the logistics of transporting that ultimate perishable: food. Yes, the Bombay dabbawallahs are mentioned in the book. She kept calling the box a tiffin tin which sounded a bit strange to me.
